- Check-up: A performance and safety inspection (sometimes referred to as a check-up) is a valuable service to identify problems, and it’s a great first step to maintain your system in peak condition.
- Tune-up: Our more comprehensive system tune-up (which can become an ongoing part of an air conditioning and heating service plan membership) includes this an inspection to identify problems PLUS plus actual preventative maintenance services to fix common problems. Our technicians also perform a detailed cleaning to reset your system to factory settings. This means we aren’t just checking for issues, we’re actively making the systems run better.
- Priority service: Priority scheduling means you jump to the head of the line for same-day repair or maintenance service (available on certain memberships).
Additional service coverage for heating, cooling, humidification, air purification, and water heaters available on specific memberships.
