Frequently Asked

Over the years, we have come up with a pretty reliable scoring system to give you a good idea of where your equipment stands. Our technician will share the results of these tests with you and give you our exclusive written “Report Card”.  He can send you an e-mail copy of the Report Card for your records. The goal is to give you a “heads up”.We want to tell you about potential issues before they become a problem.

We guarantee that if after our technician’s visit something breaks on the unit that we had not brought to your attention – we will return to fix it – at no cost to you, for sixty days from the original call. Our goal is to put your equipment in the best possible operating condition.

There is one thing we want to point out. If our Technician pointed out a problem or notified you that the equipment has surpassed its average expected life, then we are unable to provide this guarantee on that piece of equipment.

Note on Equipment: We service ALL brands and types of equipment including oil, gas and heat pumps.

Each of them carries the tools and instruments required to put your heater in the best possible shape including a sophisticated analysis tool known as a digital combustion analyzer to make sure your heater is running at peak safety and efficiency. Plus they attend in-house technical – not sales – training twice a week.
