The repairman was knowledgeable and straightforward. He was polite and courteous even when I got a bit testy. He actually did not recommend that we replace the heat pump. He said it was well worth the repair. Thanks for a great tech.

I first was met by Steve, for a estimate of a new AC and heater install, he arrived on time and evaluated my existing set up and gave me some choices for the new system, he was very professional, informative, answered all my questions, and I was amazed that he was able to give me estimates on the same day!
Dominic and Kevin, the field techs, arrived on time, very friendly and did their work in a professional manner, they went beyond my expectations and I am very please with my new system. I highly recommend Burns & McBride and will use them in the future.

David of Burns and McBride did a very thorough maintenance of our Air conditioning unit. We are very pleased with our Comfort care service of both Heater and AC.

I had Chris come out today to perform maintenance on my AC unit. Chris called me to let me know he was on the way, letting me know where he was coming from and how long it should take him. He arrived promptly. Chris was courteous and professional advising me of the services he was completing and what he was looking for. He also let me know about the maintenance for the heater/furnace. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am VERY pleased with the high quality of customer service I received!

12-Month Budget Payment Plan
We have an in-house program to spread your heating bills out throughout the year. Based on your consumption history and credit approval, we’ll project what the total dollar amount of your purchases will most likely be over the next twelve months – including any applicable fees for Price Protection or HVAC service plans – and then add or subtract your beginning account balance. We will divide this number by twelve to determine what your monthly budget payment will be. Periodically, we’ll review your account to make sure everything is on track, thus eliminating any big surprises at the end of the twelve-month cycle.
