For over 70 years, Burns & McBride has been a proud part of our community. But this is new ground for all of us. As the day to day landscape of our homes and routines change in response to COVID-19, we wanted to reach with the assurance that we are here if you need us.
Like everyone we are actively monitoring this situation and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other informed professionals. Our core value to “Always do the right thing” means that today – and every day – we will do all that we can to be there for you when you need us.

From our equipment sales specialists to our professional service technicians, installers and drivers – every member of our team who visits your home will build on our current cleanliness best practices. This includes wearing gloves, shoe covers and using drop cloths where appropriate. Every truck in our fleet carries water less soap and disinfectant for the frequent cleaning of hands, tools, electronic equipment and surfaces.
We are working closely with our suppliers and team members to make sure that we have the items you need for the safe operation of your HVAC system.
