Brian and his partner arrived on time, were very thoughtful and considerate throughout the installation. They did an immaculate installation and left the area clean. He walked through the system with me and showed me how to use the new thermostat. We are very happy with the job as we have always been with Burns and McBride. I highly recommend them.

Kyle called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on schedule. Kyle was very professional and friendly. He has been to my home before. Kyle performed a through A/C PM inspection. He reviewed the results with me so I understood my air conditioner status. All was well. I've been a long time Burns and McBride customer and have been very pleased with their service.

Keith and Oscar were very good techs. They arrived when they said they would, did quality work and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They were courteous and respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. They explained the new system to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. He was very friendly, did a great job, and took the time to explain how both the air conditioner and heater were working and offered advise to further add to the efficiency of both of them. He was clean and did not leave a mess. Overall, we were very happy with his service and would enjoy having him come again.

The repairman was knowledgeable and straightforward. He was polite and courteous even when I got a bit testy. He actually did not recommend that we replace the heat pump. He said it was well worth the repair. Thanks for a great tech.

I first was met by Steve, for a estimate of a new AC and heater install, he arrived on time and evaluated my existing set up and gave me some choices for the new system, he was very professional, informative, answered all my questions, and I was amazed that he was able to give me estimates on the same day!
Dominic and Kevin, the field techs, arrived on time, very friendly and did their work in a professional manner, they went beyond my expectations and I am very please with my new system. I highly recommend Burns & McBride and will use them in the future.

I had Chris come out today to perform maintenance on my AC unit. Chris called me to let me know he was on the way, letting me know where he was coming from and how long it should take him. He arrived promptly. Chris was courteous and professional advising me of the services he was completing and what he was looking for. He also let me know about the maintenance for the heater/furnace. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am VERY pleased with the high quality of customer service I received!
