Factory Authorized Dealers are required to meet rigorous standards of customer satisfaction. These standards require that each Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer maintains an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction based on customer satisfaction surveys filled out after in-home visits.
Our technicians are also required to pass a series of national examinations known as North American Technician Excellence (NATE) to assure you that they have the technical training to solve your problems.
