Job Description: Burns & McBride, Inc., a leader in HVAC residential services is currently accepting resumes for the position of HVAC Technician (Level Two) for the Bucks and Mercer County areas.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 2-1/2 years as a Maintenance Service Technician or equivalent repair experience. Excellent communications skills, exceptional service skills. Strong problem solving skills, mechanical ability and positive attitude. Experience in fundamentals of gas, oil, air conditioning and electricity. Able to service and repair all residential oil or gas fired equipment and residential central air conditioning systems serviced by Burns & Mc Bride. Available for night and weekend service duty. Installation of oil tanks and water heaters within Company established timelines. Skills in soft soldering, brazing, metalwork, piping, electrical schematic diagnostics, equipment installation, electrical troubleshooting, hydronic troubleshooting, and analysis of warm air and air conditioning systems. Supply basic tools and maintain truck inventory in an orderly fashion. Must drive and maintain a company truck. Valid Driver's License.
